Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery schedules
- Conduct regular process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ employees
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
