Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow processes using WMS systems to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on inventory accuracy and operational metrics
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure timely shipping/receiving
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- OSHA certification or strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
