Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols, ensuring a safe working environment
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize space utilization
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership background
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven track record of improving KPIs: inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and safety metrics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and generate reports
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing or 5S methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
