- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols with zero-tolerance policy
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with 15+ daily shipments
- Analyze KPIs to reduce processing time by 20% quarterly
- Manage warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Collaborate with transportation team on dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
