Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
