Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 team members in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment training
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong inventory management system knowledge
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
