Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with logistics and transportation teams
- Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans for team members
- Manage warehouse budget and control operational expenses
- Resolve operational challenges using data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in union/non-union environments
