- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Ensure OSHA compliance through rigorous safety audits and training programs
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement, transportation, and quality teams
- Drive continuous process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of $5M+ inventory value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Demonstrated success reducing operational costs by 10%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
