Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff with scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and process improvements
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
