Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor team of warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free workplace
- Optimize inventory control systems through cycle counts and process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling and load planning
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity and accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
