- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff during daily operations
- Optimize inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Train staff on material handling equipment operations
- Implement lean warehousing practices
- Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
