Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement cycle counting systems
- Coordinate receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping operations
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Train staff on WMS systems and operational protocols
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team on inventory forecasting and space allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Expertise in inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
