Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain accident-free workplace records
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient dock scheduling and shipping/receiving
- Analyze operational data to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
