Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and housekeeping protocols
- Optimize inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
