Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Manage equipment maintenance and operational budgets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reduction
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA safety training certification required
- Proven track record in inventory control and process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
