Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 15+ staff members through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement lean inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure strict OSHA safety protocols are followed across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate operational reports for senior leadership review
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
