Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Generate operational reports for performance analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
