Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and manage 15+ warehouse staff with performance metrics and coaching
- Implement OSHA compliance and safety protocols to maintain accident-free environment
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counts for 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze operational data to reduce costs and improve efficiency KPIs
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and forklift operator training
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process improvement
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution and team development
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environment
