Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members, ensuring safety compliance and performance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement OSHA regulations and maintain a zero-accident workplace culture
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless logistics coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and hazmat handling experience
