Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient dock scheduling and loading
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects for process optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Experience with automated conveyor systems
