Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff through daily scheduling, performance reviews, and skill development
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols to achieve zero-accident culture
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer delivery requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proven track record in inventory management and WMS proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
