Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and WMS system operations
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse experience or leadership training background
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
