Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead 10-15 team members with performance management
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Generate operational reports and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends as needed)
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
