Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse layouts
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and accident prevention protocols
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel skills for inventory analysis
