Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve supply chain challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and strong equipment operation knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
