Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate data entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
