Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (safety, accuracy, productivity)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
