Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Optimize inventory management systems and oversee receiving/shipping processes
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Conduct regular audits and report operational metrics to management
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
