Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in a distribution environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
