Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity by 15%+
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
