Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, assigning tasks and ensuring safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with lean methodology and inventory optimization
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
