As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and ensure OSHA compliance while mentoring a team of dedicated associates. Our Scottsdale facility features state-of-the-art automation and a collaborative culture that values innovation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15+ warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular OSHA compliance audits
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping processes for 10,000+ SKUs
- Analyze operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
