Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching and training
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory teams
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven leadership skills with team development success
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting (productivity, accuracy, safety)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
