Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and report KPIs
- Conduct daily operational audits and process improvements
- Manage cross-functional projects with purchasing and sales departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
