Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members with performance reviews and training
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain 99%+ safety records
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs and improve throughput
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
