Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with precision
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management
- Generate performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
