Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams for seamless supply chain flow
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Conduct regular safety audits and corrective action planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team management tools (Slack, Asana)
