Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean methodologies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using provided equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and barcode systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
