Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) and process documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory counts, audits, and operational projects
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize space utilization and resource allocation to maximize operational capacity
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems and warehouse technology (e.g., RF scanners)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site, remote flexibility)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
