Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods using WMS technology
- Implement lean principles to reduce operational costs and improve throughput
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain accurate warehouse reports for management review
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure timely delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
