Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive efficiency gains and cost reductions
- Manage warehouse management system (WMS) data and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in distribution/3PL environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory software
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills for hybrid team coordination
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities
