Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet shipping and delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Experience with inventory audits and shrinkage control
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
