Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and efficient workflows
- Implement lean principles to optimize storage capacity and reduce processing time
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic data analysis skills for performance metrics
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
