Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring safety compliance and productivity targets
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS documentation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load planning
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies with root cause analysis
- Train staff on new equipment, safety protocols, and company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 10/30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Proven ability to manage KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and labor efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching diverse teams
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
