Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and process improvements
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and operational reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
