Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory management systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Conduct regular cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy above 99.5%
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
