Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across the facility.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and manage stock discrepancies.
- Optimize workflow processes and implement best practices to reduce waste and improve turnaround times.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and manage budgets effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and peak season overtime.
