Responsibilities
- Oversee 25+ team members in receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations
- Implement lean methodologies to achieve 99.5% order accuracy
- Manage WMS system optimization and real-time performance analytics
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Drive OSHA compliance and continuous safety improvement initiatives
- Develop training programs to elevate team performance and retention
- Lead process improvement projects targeting 15% annual cost reduction
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, or SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Leadership experience with 10+ direct reports
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced Excel and inventory optimization software proficiency
