Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate 15+ warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce shrinkage by 15%
- Train and develop team members through performance coaching
- Manage warehouse layout for streamlined workflow and space utilization
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with 2+ years in leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
