- Manage inventory accuracy with 99.5%+ precision standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with trucking partners and vendors
- Analyze KPIs and develop data-driven improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in warehouse leadership with high-volume operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and TMS systems
- Proven track record in union/non-union environments
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Excel proficiency
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
